Frozen shoulder also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by pain and stiffness in your shoulder that develops gradually and resolve within 1 or 2 years. This condition occurs more commonly in diabetes and in people who’ve kept their arm immobilized for a long period. Condition can most commonly be identified in people recovering from injury or any medical procedure that prevented them from moving their arm.
